These chocolates are pure sin. Best Piedmont hazelnuts married with extra dark chocolate. Tartuflanghe only processes the Tonda Gentile delle Langhe hazelnut variety with the protected designation of origin IGT for the Dolce d`Alba. It is cultivated in the area around Cortemilia, in south-western Piedmont. Tartuflanghe truffle pralines are also available with white chocolate, with real black summer truffles, with amaretto-almond flavor or as a coffee-cocoa bean praline, as a white chocolate-fondant-caramel praline or with milk chocolate.
