IVOIRE - The white chocolate with 35% cocoa butter is slightly sweetened, offers delicate milk flavors and a very fine consistency. This couverture is suitable for confectionery, molds, fillings and chocolate products. Also suitable for making ice cream and for covering chocolates. Callets are reminiscent of small chocolate drops and are ideal when only a small part of chocolate is to be melted, as they are optimally portioned.
