A wonderfully creamy cheese preparation from Piedmont. It combines Fontina, Toma and Fontal with cream and egg yolk. These are of course all ingredients that are tailored to truffles. This cream is already flavored with it, but can still tolerate additional fresh chips. Egg noodles, potatoes or polenta go well with it. When warmed up, it also tastes good as a sauce with steak.
