Thinly sliced summer truffle in truffle juice. The fine, nutty taste goes perfectly with asparagus dishes, hearty autumn salads as well as poultry and rabbit. Versatile product, to be used in sauces, salads or as an accompaniment to cheese such as buffalo mozzarella and taleggio. Tip: cut a Brie crosswise and cover with truffle writing, then fold it up again.
