Handcrafted, particularly aromatic, thin ribbon noodles made from durum wheat semolina and 30% egg. The proportion of summer truffles is 3%. The cooking time is only around 5 minutes. In order to get the best possible taste of the truffle, you should put the pasta in boiling, lightly salted water, but then leave it covered.
