This extra virgin comes from the groves of the former Benedictine monastery of San Giovanni in Venere on the Adriatic coast. Autochthonous varieties of the region characterize its medium fruity aroma with notes of green grass, tomato bush and green banana. On the palate it has a pleasant peppery finish. A very good everyday oil!
