For our own brand, we chose an olive oil that is particularly versatile in the kitchen. It was composed of 5 different types of olives, which were harvested manually and processed quickly and carefully. The medium fruity oil has both slightly sweet and green notes. It goes well with vegetables, fruits, fresh cheeses, on bruschetta and on salads. Of course you can also fry fish and meat in it.
