Apulia is colorful. Hand-painted and painted olive bottles are inspired by the centuries-old terracotta tradition of the area. Every year, the Muraglia family, who have been olive growers for more than 80 years, are adding extra extra virgin olive oil to the bright, decorative bottles. The varietal olive oil from the Peranzana olive has an elegant, fine fruitiness. The olives are ground shortly after harvesting between granite stones and pressed in a closed extraction process. The golden oil with the green reflections has aromas of tomatoes, rocket and artichokes. It tastes fresh and unique and is great for salads, seafood, grilled fish and meat.
