Very fine and reputed l from the ancient mill Alziari in Nice. The green-yellow cuvee is cold-pressed from green-harvested olives and, with its fruity-intense finesse, is especially tasty with salads, tomatoes and raw vegetables. This olive oil carries pure fresh herbs in the scent. On the palate, the green oil awakens the taste buds and at first spreads its pure absolute olive flavor. After a while, it appears peppery on the tongue background and then returns powerfully with all its olive character.
