A thoroughly Italian palate - obtained in the typical balsamic production process. A mixture of grape must, fig syrup and wine vinegar, as well as the grape juice, matures over 5 years in oak barrels and develops its own characteristic. Balsamo di Fichi is a deep, dark, fragrant and intense fragrance that tastes great with fruit pies. The condiment enriches poultry dishes of chicken and turkey, a variety of cheeses and fresh fruits, such as fig and melon, and especially caramelized fruits.
