A fine sherry vinegar with a lot of intensity and aroma. At this reserve, 25% of the vinegar is more than 50 years old and 60% is more than 20 years old. Its aroma is reminiscent of vanilla and dried fruit and has a fine wood tone, accompanied by a taste of cocoa.
