The experimentation of our brewers from the Veneto will not let up. From the spicy, complex Audace, a double malted strong beer, they now also produce a vinegar. Its strong taste is spicy with gravy, pots and cheese salads. The iconic bottle shows a pun: Aceto 32 becomes English ace to 32, ace of 32.
