Extra virgin olive oil, Oliva Verde, from Koroneiki olives, Peloponnese

Oliva Verde is the product of the 1st cold pressing of hand-picked olives. It has not been filtered and has not received any additional treatment. Each of these oils is single-variety, which means that only one, the finest variety of olive from the respective region is used. Characteristic of such oils is their strong scent and fruity freshness. This Oliva Verde is made from 100% Koroneiki olives and comes from Peloponnese (Greece). It has a velvety gold-green color and a pleasantly fruity, delicately spicy taste of artichokes with a bitter aftertaste. It is ideal for pesto and for pickling delicacies, as well as for refining cooked vegetable soups for vinaigrette or tomato mozzarella.
