Sun-ripened Calabrian aubergines marinated in sunflower oil, herbs and peppers. Rolled and filled with a spicy vegetable stuffing. Approximately 13 involtini per bowl. A sophisticated antipasto for vegetable lovers. The sophisticated rolls go well with salami, ham and pecorino. Store in a cool place at 6°C.
