Small, very clean anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian Sea, which produces fish with particularly firm, aromatic flesh. They have a nice firm consistency, are only slightly salted and have a nutty taste with notes of crustaceans that lingers on the tongue for a long time. They are excellent antipasti on bruschetta, enrich a pizza marinara and also go well with a beef carpaccio. Store refrigerated at +12 °C.
