The extra virgin olive oil Fruttato is made from a mixture of the best Apulian olives: Carolea, Leccino, Oliarola, Olivastra Martina Franca, Coratina and Picholine. The straw-yellow oil with golden and green tones has an acidity between 0.15 - 0.4%. The scent is strongly fruity with notes of grass and artichokes, as well as bitter-spicy notes. In terms of taste, the oil has a long-lasting fruitiness and the aromas of grass and artichoke can be found.
