Every Tuscany lover knows this cream and is often reluctant to prepare it in your own kitchen. Classic Tuscan crostino cream based on chicken liver (42%) and chicken, refined with capers, sage and pickles. Finally refined with a dash of Vin Santo, the Tuscan sweet wine. Mildly sweet and at the same time rustic in taste. Particularly tasty with fresh country bread or on a crostino baked in olive oil, as a starter with a glass of sparkling wine or a light red wine.
