Oliva Verde is the product of hand-picked olives. It wasn`t filtered. Each of these oils is pure, which means that only one, the finest variety of olive from the respective region, is used. Characteristic of such oils is their strong scent and fruity freshness. This Oliva Verde is made from 100% Nocellara olives and comes from Sicily (Italy). It has a rich, green-gold color, a strong scent and a delicate, nutty, fresh aroma of green bananas. It can be mixed optimally with water and is ideal for pasta and sauces.
