A provenance original of Spanish cuisine from the Extremadura region. There, in the valley La Vera, different types of hot peppers are grown. Their special feature: they are smoked over oak wood, dried in the sun and ground. The sweet variant is very suitable for seasoning poultry and crustaceans and vegetables such as pumpkin, eggplant and potatoes.
