Some of the olives that give this oil its distinctive taste come from trees over 100 years old. This oil is ideal for all types of stews and especially for salads or carpaccio. Hazienda Pinarez, born in 2003, was given 7.8 out of 8 possible points after the organoleptic test (tasting and chemical analysis). Such oils are rarely sold. The aromas of green banana, grass and artichokes develop a pleasantly nutty note when heated. The area where the olive trees are grown is the southern outskirts of La Mancia - known for Don Quichote and Don Vega. This area is still very pristine and unpolluted.
