Olio Verde is the product of hand-picked olives. It wasn`t filtered. Each of these oils is pure, which means that only one, the finest variety of olive from the respective region, is used. Characteristic of such oils is the strong scent and fruity freshness. This Oliva Verde is made from 100% Arbequina olives and comes from Catalonia (Spain). It is golden yellow with a green shimmer. The taste is floral and mild with a nutty aftertaste. Ideal for vegetables, pesto, green asparagus, salads, mayonnaise and fish. Also available in 0.5 liters.
