The honey is obtained from April to May in Calabria and Sicily. Fresh fragrance, pleasantly subtle citrus taste. In iced tea, for cocktails or for baking. The creamy honey also tastes good with cottage cheese and cream cheese and as a glaze of poultry and roast pork.
