The Tartufo dolce nero is the classic among the Tartufi dolci. It`s not quite as dark and harsh as its predecessor, the extranero. This chocolate truffle is made with a high percentage of chopped and ground Piedmont hazelnuts IGP and lots of high-quality cocoa mass. These ingredients give the Tartufo nero a grainy and at the same time melty texture and a pleasantly balanced sweetness in taste. It is the classic truffle for coffee and an ideal gift for every chocolate lover. Approx. 71 loose, finest dark truffle pralines, wrapped in chic blue paper, are in a kilo bag.
