cow milk. Full of milk taste, creamy and aromatic. Only a few weeks old. Made from the raw milk of Fleckvieh and Simmental cows. With fresh fruit and young wines. A cheese that has been close to our hearts for a long time and that has had a unique success story in Switzerland. It was invented by Michel Beroud in Rougement in Vaud in 1988.
