This delicacy is recommended as a truffle substitute or as a flavor enrichment to the truffle itself. The oil is suitable as a seasoning for numerous appetizers, fried eggs, mushroom salads, fillet steaks, tartare and all types of cheese. You only need 1 / 2 teaspoon per serving.
