A specialty are the Croccanti nocciola di Toscana, made from lightly roasted hazelnuts, sugar and egg whites. They have a very high percentage of hazelnuts, a whopping 40%. The macaroons are particularly crispy and aromatic and taste great with both a cappuccino and a glass of red wine.
