From the Chuao peninsula, a kind of natural garden of Eden in Venezuela, the Spanish galleons transported the precious seeds of the cocoa produced by this ocean plantation to the mother country. The whole load was destined exclusively for the royal pantries and confectioneries. Even then, these beans were made into the best chocolates. Scent: Slightly fruity scent with tart notes of cherries, raspberries and currants. Taste: Fine taste, elegant, acidic, after ripe plums. An engaging taste, with distinctive notes of currants, very ripe cherries that spread to every corner of the mouth. Hints of fresh fruit and black grapes, raspberries develop. Notes of honey and jam on the finish. Very persistent with a pleasant acidity. A lively chocolate that arouses and inspires emotions.
