Hand-made dark chocolate with 60% cocoa content, flavored with licorice. The licorice flavor does not dominate, but supports the bitter taste of the chocolate. In the small Calabrian chocolate factory Dolci Pensieri only 500 plates of extravagant compositions are produced during the day. The chocolate is hand-scooped and poured into every single mold.
