Handmade with essential oils from Sicilian lemons. The pleasant bitter tone (60% cocoa) characterizes the taste, the fine lemon note is particularly evident in the finish. In the small Calabrian chocolate factory Dolci Pensieri, only 500 bars of extravagant compositions are produced each day. The chocolate is scooped by hand and poured into every single shape.
