Kroepoek, also known as crab bread, is now available as a fine, flavor-intensive variant. The different flavors and colors guarantee a new palate experience. This variant is flavored with bonito, colored with sepia ink and looks unbaked like a plant leaf. The wafer-thin slices are baked in sunflower or peanut oil at 190 ° C for about 10 seconds. In doing so, they enlarge by more than twice. Ideal for a rice table, as a decoration or just to nibble on.
