These chocolates are the purest sin. Best Piedmont hazelnuts mashed with white chocolate. Tartuflanghe only uses the hazelnut variety Tonda Gentile delle Langhe for the Dolce dAlba, with the protected designation of origin IGT. It is cultivated in the area around Cortemilia, in south-western Piedmont. Tartuflanghe truffle pralines are also available with dark chocolate, with real black summer truffles, with amaretto-almond flavor or as a coffee-cocoa bean praline. Absolutely delicious and a nice gift idea!
