The balsamic vinegar Condimento Pregiato has matured for 10 years in wooden barrels, has less than 6% acidity and is therefore sweeter and softer than aceto balsamico of the same age group. He is a real alternative to the Tradizionale. With its very mild and balanced flavor, it is best to accompany sweet dishes and light main courses, eg glazed duck breast with oranges or balsam pear with marinated nectarines.
