The virgin extra virgin olive oil is obtained from hand-picked Grossane olives in early November. The fragrance is elegant, mild and delicate. Discreet with citrus notes on the tongue. Harmonizes perfectly with marinated scallop salad and fruit salads, mainly with strawberries and a splash of lemon.
