Made from hand-harvested Coratina and Ogliarola olives, ground in a granite mill and extracted cold within 24 hours of harvest, this golden yellow olive oil with green reflections provides pure olive scent. Its slightly fruity taste, with hints of artichoke and almonds, goes well with salad dressings, pastas and soups. Also suitable for cooking and frying. Nowhere in the world are more olives cultivated than in Apulia. The olive oil obtained here is known for the best quality. Near Bari, the Galantino family traditionally harvest the olives of more than 15,000 trees from mid-October. From the fruit matured to the point, delicious olive oil is gently extracted in state-of-the-art facilities.
