Wonderful pure, slightly harmonious olive oil, with notes of sweet almonds and a subtle spicy finish. Ideal for all vegetable dishes, with white meat and fish, as well as for desserts and for baking. A real all-rounder that always supports the taste of the dishes without overpowering the dishes with too strong an aroma. The small-fruited, aromatic Taggiasca olive has its home in Liguria, more precisely in Taggia not far from the coast. Nearby, the Venturino family cultivates their terraced olive groves, with over 2000 olive trees. Due to the location, a lot of manual work is required here, right up to the harvest in the period from November to January.
