Wonderful varietal, slightly harmonious olive oil, with notes of sweet almonds and a subtle spicy finish. Ideal for all vegetable dishes, to light meat and fish as well as for desserts and for baking. A true all-rounder, which always supports the taste of the food without overpowering the dishes with too strong a flavor. The fruity aromatic Taggiasca Olive has its home in Liguria, more precisely in Taggia, not far from the coast. Nearby, the Venturino family cultivate their terraced olive groves with over 2000 olive trees. Here is the situation much manual work to the harvest in the period from November to January in demand.
