Pacific salt, naturally smoked, over real red alder wood: this is the only way to give the sea salt its authentic, clear smoky taste and dark color. Liquid smoke, artificial flavor enhancers, aromas or colors are expressly avoided. Use: Salish-Alderwood salt gives dishes a natural smoke note without a penetrating aftertaste.
