Ingredients
Baking mix for pizza. Corn starch, potato starch, vegetable fat hardened (palm oil), corn flour, rice flour, sugar, salt, thickener: guar gum. Knead 300g of water. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes. Then knead, roll out and place on prepared baking sheet to taste. Baking: + 200C, about 30 minutes in a preheated oven, depending on the topping. Made in Germany.
