Sherry vinegar is fermented from the best sherry wines and can only be produced in the area around Jerez de la Frontera. Using the solera method, this sherry is placed for a second fermentation in an oak barrel that already contains old sherry vinegar with its fragrances and maturation bacteria. The special vinegar becomes softer and more aromatic and darker the longer it matures. A balanced sherry vinegar; rich and lasting in taste. Ideal for marinades, cocktails, vinaigrettes or salads.
