The knife series 1778 comes from the house of Friedrich Dick, which stands for products of high cutting culture. This high-quality knife line combines 225 years of experience with traditional manufacturing techniques and the use of state-of-the-art technologies. The blades are made of a Double X VG 12 steel core with extreme hardness and embedded in high-alloy steel. Rounded off with a handle made of plum wood, each knife is unique. The Japanese classic Santoku No. 2, is suitable for cutting vegetables and raw meat, but also for roasts and fish.
