Oak has a high tannic acid antibacterial by nature and corresponds to stringent hygienic requirements. The lively structured oak strips are harvested by hand and precisely assembled. The result is a characteristic, symmetrical pattern, which is exacerbated by the simple form. Each board is unique. A very fine surface polish and subsequent treatment with linseed oil and beeswax provide a sophisticated look. Nesmuk boards are smoked natural or dark.
