They are made with the utmost care from the end grain best southern German oak. Oak has a high tannic acid antibacterial by nature and corresponds to stringent hygienic requirements. Each board is unique, which is made with handle grip, juice groove and bottom silicone feet. A very fine surface polish and subsequent treatment with linseed oil and beeswax provide a sophisticated look. Nesmuk boards are smoked natural or dark.
