Cranberry roaster with pieces of fruit. The powerfully tart composition is the absolute classic with Wiener Schnitzel, game dishes and chestnut desserts. Fink`s Echte Delikatessen are made in Walkersdorf, in the middle of the Styrian fruit country. On soil rich in minerals over volcanic rock, in a sunny climate, the orchards are idyllically embedded between fertile fields and cool forests. Valuable old fruit varieties such as Maschansker, Kriecherln, house plums or vineyard peaches are also cultivated here in meadow orchards and on small areas.
