Spuma is a tasteless instant powder for frothing up juices, liquid dairy, soups, sauces and more. The foams are quickly produced using a cream siphon or hand blender and have a long service life.
Mixture for compact foams. Maltodextrin, gelling agent: methylcellulose, thickener: xanthan gum. Dosage instructions: 3-4 small dosing spoons (included) Pour SPUMA Gastro into a cream siphon or a bowl according to the dosing table, then add 100 ml of liquid. Foam the mixture either in the cream siphon after a short shaking with a cream capsule or beat for 5-10 min with an electric hand mixer. Dosage: Fruit juices (acidic funds): 3 scoops, vegetables, meat, water-based funds (a little sour and low in fat): 3 scoops, mixed milk or milk to 3.5% fat content: 4 scoops, fat containing funds up to 50% fat: 4 scoops. Store dry.
