FORVM V. Agridulce de Cabernet Sauvignon is a limited Spanish specialty that is stored in oak barrels until it matures. Its bouquet is mild and balanced and strong. Excellent with meat dishes and in cold cuisine. FORVM`s vinegars are known in fine dining around the world and are an integral part of the menu at the Nobel Prize ceremony in Stockholm. FORVM vinegars are unfiltered, so the sediment is normal.
