Henky`s Fatpad is a new type of fleece for quickly degreasing food. This eliminates the need for the lengthy degreasing of soups and sauces, from which in professional kitchens the fat could previously only be removed after it had cooled down. With Henky`s Fatpads you can now remove the fat directly and exclusively from hot soups and sauces - in no time. The pads are also ideal for everything that comes out of the pan and deep fryer. In a matter of seconds, they only suck up the surface fat from potato pancakes, schnitzel or antipasti without affecting their feel or taste. Juiciness and spice are retained! The Henky Fatpads can be used for all fats and oils at temperatures up to a maximum of 140°C.
