While the grape juice is thickened in a kettle for classic Aceto Balsamico, this TBA balsamic vinegar from Golles is made from wines of the Trockenbeerenauslese quality level. These come from the award-winning winemaker Alois Kracher and are therefore made from a noble juice whose sweetness and melting are natural. The balsamic wine vinegar is neither thickened nor has any additives added; its color is lighter than the classic balsamic vinegars. The play of aromas is lively and goes perfectly with seafood, Far Eastern dishes, Mediterranean salads and as a noble seasoning for dark stocks and sauces.
