Imperial Elite is the best caviar quality. This caviar comes from a cross between Amur sturgeon (Acipenser schrenckii) and the Kaluga (Huso dauricus), a sturgeon related to the beluga. It is very similar to the Osietra caviar, because the sturgeons are similar. It is produced in one of the worlds most modern sturgeon breeding facilities in China. The farm has a lake of up to 45 meters deep of the best water quality. This and the processing according to old Persian tradition by an Iranian caviar master, guarantee the high product quality.
