The Siberian sturgeon - Apicenser baerii, offers darker roe grains and a spicy aroma. The caviar is salted Malossol in a gentle process. It is produced in one of the most modern sturgeon breeding facilities in the world in China. The farm has a lake up to 45 meters deep with excellent water quality. This and the processing according to old Persian tradition by an Iranian caviar master guarantee the high product quality.
