With Caviaroli®, olive oil can be used in a new, unique way. The pearls allow for economical and targeted dosing, e.g. as an elegant topping for soups, sauces and salads. Tip: The shell of the olive oil caviar becomes even more tender if you leave it lightly salted for 30 minutes at room temperature.
